# Managing memories

Deep Thinking lets you create a truly personalized AI experience for every user. This section will walk you through effectively managing your Agent's memories, ensuring meaningful and contextual interactions.

### Viewing and managing memories

Once Deep Thinking is enabled, users will have access to new features:

* **View memories**: a new "Known facts" button in the chat interface command menu lets users access the stored information;
* **Delete memories**: users can remove individual memories or do a full wipe of all memories;
* **Create new memories**: through natural interaction with the Agent, users generate new information that gets automatically stored.

### Using memories in interactions

Your Agent uses accumulated memories to significantly improve the quality of conversations:

* **Contextualization**: recalls previous information to provide more relevant responses;
* **Personalization**: adapts interactions based on the user's known preferences;
* **Continuity**: keeps the thread of the conversation by referencing past exchanges.

🌟 Deep Thinking transforms your Agent's interactions into unique, deeply personalized experiences. By leveraging this powerful feature, you'll create more meaningful and lasting connections with your users, taking your Agent's effectiveness and engagement to a whole new level.
