Sharing layouts

Sharing layouts let you customize how your Agent is presented to users in different contexts.

You can create different layouts for the same Agent: this allows you to use the same Agent on a website, on a dedicated page, on a touchscreen, or for different audiences without creating multiple Agents.

In this section:

• Choose the right layout: learn about the available layout types and choose the one that best fits your use case;

• Create and customize a layout: create a new layout and customize its appearance, avatar, interface controls, file uploads, and multilingual options;

• Advanced layout settings: configure the initial context, initial question, timeout, user role, languages, and SEO settings for a specific layout;

• Manage multiple layouts: use different layouts for different channels or audiences and choose which layout should be used by default.
